Penguin Random House UK has launched Dusk, a new adult crossover imprint focused on romance, fantasy, and crossover fiction, according to Books+Publishing (September 15, 2026), which attributes the news to The Bookseller.
A separate trade roundup on Canadian Reviews (September 14, 2026) — also pointing back to The Bookseller — gives more detail. That roundup says DUSK is aimed at readers moving between young adult, new adult, and adult fiction; names publisher Carmen McCullough and editorial director Amina Parchment-Youssef; and lists fall and 2027 titles including The Ascended by Bree Grenwich and Parker Lennox as a fall lead. The same piece places DUSK alongside Berkley XO, a U.S. PRH crossover imprint, as parallel experiments in the same coverage cycle.
The Romance Wire has not independently opened the underlying Bookseller article; the account above follows the cited secondary reports.
