Zando’s Slowburn imprint has acquired world English rights to two untitled duologies by Brynne Weaver, according to a Publishers Weekly news brief dated September 17, 2026.
Editors Hayley Wagreich and Sierra Stovall negotiated the four-book deal with Kimberly Whalen at the Whalen Agency. PW described the agreement as an eight-figure deal. The first title is scheduled for publication in 2028.
Weaver already publishes with Slowburn. Her previous work for the imprint includes the Ruinous Love trilogy and the Seasons of Carnage series, PW reported.
